L. SEELEY, 42, OF HEUVELTON PASSED AWAY
Succumbed at St. John’s Hospital After Lingering Illness

Leland Seeley, 42, a resident of Heuvelton, passed away early this morning at St. John’s Hospital, where he had been a patient since Apr. 20, 1932.

Mr. Seeley was a native of Edwards, N.Y., and a son of Alva and Ella Dixon. He had lived in Heuvelton since a small boy, his parents having taken up their residence there at that time. Mr. Seeley was a pump salesman.

He was married to Miss Naytie Townsend in 1916, she died in 1926. After the death of his wife his family lived with their grandmother, Mrs. Naytie Reed.

Surviving him are seven children, Patricia, John, Thelma, Alice, Verna, Lawrence, and Leah; also his parents and two brothers, Jay, of Watertown and Roy of Florida, and a sister, Rena, of New York city.

The body has been taken to Heuvelton where funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Interment will be at Canton.
